How to request a refund
Email info@wealthwinssolutions.com with the subject line "Kit Refund" and include the email address you used at checkout (or your receipt). We'll confirm by email within 2 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
After 7 days
Because the Kit is a digital product you can download and keep immediately, purchases are final after the 7-day window. We'll still help with any access or download problem at any time.
Problems with your files
If a file won't open, a link doesn't work, or you were charged twice, email us and we'll fix it or refund the duplicate charge right away, whether or not the 7 days have passed.
What a refund doesn't cover
We can't offer refunds based on the outcome of disputes or changes to your credit score, because we don't guarantee results (see our Terms of Service). If your Kit is refunded, your license to use it ends and the $47 kit-owner credit toward our services no longer applies.
