These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your purchase and use of The Wins DIY Credit Kit and any related materials (the "Kit") sold by Wealth Wins Solutions LLC ("Wealth Wins Solutions," "we," "us"). By buying or using the Kit, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't purchase or use it.
1. What the Kit is
The Kit is a digital, educational product. It includes a PDF workbook, editable letter templates, a spreadsheet tracker and bonus guides. It teaches you how to review your own credit reports and use your rights under federal law. You do all of the work yourself.
2. No guaranteed results
We do not promise or guarantee any result, including the removal, correction or deletion of any item, any increase in your credit score, or approval for any loan, mortgage, account or credit. Accurate, timely information generally cannot be removed from a credit report. Results depend on your individual facts, the law, and the decisions of credit bureaus, creditors and lenders, which we do not control.
3. Use the Kit honestly
You agree to use the Kit only for lawful purposes and to submit only truthful statements. Do not dispute information you know is accurate, submit altered or false documents, or file identity-theft claims that are not true. You are solely responsible for what you send and to whom. If you have been sued, face a legal deadline, or are considering bankruptcy, consult a qualified attorney.
4. Purchase, payment and delivery
The Kit costs $47 (U.S. dollars), paid once. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Payment is processed securely by a third-party payment processor; we never see or store your full card number. After payment you are taken to a private download page where you can download every file immediately. Please save your files and bookmark the page. If you have any trouble accessing your files, email info@wealthwinssolutions.com and we'll send them to you.
5. Your license
When you buy the Kit, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for yourself and your household. You may print it and edit the templates for your own use. You may not resell, share, post, upload, distribute, or give away the Kit, its files or your download link, or use it to provide services to others, without our written permission. All content is owned by Wealth Wins Solutions LLC and protected by copyright.
6. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
7. Kit-owner credit toward our services
If you enroll in a paid Wealth Wins Solutions program within 30 days of buying the Kit, the $47 you paid will be credited toward that program's fee. The credit is applied once, can't be exchanged for cash, isn't transferable, and doesn't apply if the Kit was refunded. Paid programs are governed by their own written agreement, which includes the disclosures required by the Credit Repair Organizations Act and your right to cancel.
8. Third-party links and affiliate disclosure
The Kit links to government websites, credit bureaus and other third parties. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices. Some links, such as optional credit monitoring, may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you sign up, at no extra cost to you. You never need to buy any third-party product to use the Kit or your legal rights.
9. Information may change
The Kit reflects laws, programs and procedures as of its publication date. Laws, bureau addresses, company policies and government programs change and can vary by state. Please verify current information before acting.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Kit is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Wealth Wins Solutions LLC and its owners, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Kit or any action you take based on it. Our total liability for any claim related to the Kit will not exceed the amount you paid for it.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its "last updated" date, applies to purchases made after that date.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your state requires otherwise.
